Poké bowls originate from the Hawaiian kitchen. For those who are not familiar with the concept, we usually describe it as a sushi salad. Poké means 'to slice' and refers to the freshly cut vegetables and raw fish in cubes.

We have both Scandinavian and Asian roots, so a poké bowl at OLIOLI is therefore not quite like others. We offer not only raw fish, but also duck, beef, tofu, and much more. Our Asian taste buds have been given the opportunity to compose sauces and dressings that add edge to the round. Scandinavian visions of food and culture have inspired us to also offer vegan, vegetarian, and healthy alternatives to white rice.
